Data handling
When signed in, account data is stored in AWS for access across devices. Customer records, line items, tax settings, and business profiles are held in DynamoDB. Your logo, signature, and job photos are stored as objects in S3 with references from your profile. Generated PDFs are not retained on our servers; you download them at creation. During editing, draft state may exist in the browser for responsiveness and then sync to your account. Refer to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.
Authentication and billing
Authentication uses Clerk. Subscriptions and card payments use Stripe. Manage billing from your profile page.
