We use third-party providers, Clerk and Stripe, both trusted, industry-leading platforms, to securely manage user accounts and payments. Clerk's privacy policy can be found here, and Stripe's privacy policy can be found here.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site - including our name, logo, templates, and platform - belongs to BillBench. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse it without permission.
We use Beam Analytics to better understand how visitors use the site. Beam is a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
7. Local Data Storage
To help prevent accidental data loss, BillBench temporarily stores some of your input (e.g. name, address, logo) in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you submit a form. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage.
8. Limitation of Liability
BillBench is provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for financial loss, missed payments, or any issues that arise from using the documents you create.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time - for example, if we launch new features or change how things work. The most up-to-date version will always be on this page. If the changes are important, we may also highlight them on the site.
